Gather with us each month as we grow a community of women who are earth minded. This monthly gathering happens on the second Friday of the month from 6:00-8:00pm. Each month we take turns leading a discussion or activity. The community circle is at my home each month and the address is emailed out beforehand. Bring a snack to share if you can.
Herbalism & Homesteading Class (for mom & kids)
Learn all about sourdough! In this class you’ll learn how to feed and make various recipes from a sourdough starter. You’ll get to take home a 54 year old starter! Students will also learn about how sourdough is part of the 4 pillars of Nature Therapy.
Forest Therapy Walk
The forest is the therapist, the guide opens the door. Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a guided walk through the trees to help you connect to your senses. This walk is gentle and slow, all ages and abilities are able to join. Studies on Forest Therapy have shown that it improves sleep, anxiety, depression, low or high blood pressure, your immune system, and more! Come experience the healing of Forest Therapy!

Herbalism & Homesteading Class (for mom & kids)
Want your homeschooler to learn all about herbalism? In this class you will learn how to identify and work with herbs. In the next session of this class you’ll get to take home a sample of the herbal product you help make! You’ll also get to learn about the 4 pillars of Nature Therapy and how herbalism is part of that.

The Kids Moon Club utilizes the curriculum from A Wilder Child. We start with a circle, talk about the moon and its meaning, sing our moon song during the drum circle, read a moon story, go on a hunt for the moon crystal, do an art project, and play with friends!
Maidens of the Moon
Maidens of the Moons is a Mother/Daughter circle aimed at strengthening the relationship, menstrual education, and living a lunar lifestyle. This year long circle will build a community of women and young women through support and encouragement. We want to honor the beauty of what makes us women and honor Grandmother Moon.

Nature Therapy Homeschool Class
Based on the 4 pillars of Nature Therapy, this class is all about becoming a nature lover! Participants will get a copy of my ebook Healing with Nature and practice different somatic techniques outside. This class will happen rain or shine so dress appropriately. (Threat of a thunderstorm would either delay the class or we would reschedule.) We will also practice fire building and safety as well.
Nature Therapy Homeschool Class
Based on the 4 pillars of Nature Therapy, this class is all about Herbalism! Participants will receive an herbal booklet made by me and bring home an herbal remedy!

Based on the 4 pillars of Nature Therapy, this class is all about making chickens! Participants will bring home a half dozen fresh eggs and learn how to care for chickens.

Forest Tea Party
Enjoy a Forest Tea Party with Nature Therapy Guide and Coyote Teacher Krystle Willmore. Each tea party is themed around an herb in season. We will drink the herbal infusion, learn about the benefits and uses of the herb, and journal about the meaning by using the Wisdom of the Wild Guidance Cards. Each participant will receive a mini booklet with information of each herb and a bag of loose leaf tea.
Elemental Yoga
Yin Yoga + Nature Therapy = Elemental Yoga. Each class is themed around one of the 5 Chinese Elements: earth, metal, fire, wood, and water. The yin poses you will be practicing will correspond with the meridian lines that is associated with one of the elements. We will also incorporate nature therapy by bringing in the actual element and connecting to it using our senses.
